Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vendora (“Vendora”, “we”, “us”), a storefront platform operated by Technotribes. By creating an account or placing an order on a Vendora storefront, you agree to these Terms.

1. The platform

Vendora provides hosted storefronts to merchants, plus checkout and payment tracking tools. Vendora is not the seller of products listed on individual storefronts; the merchant operating each store is the seller of record for orders placed on that store.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

• No illegal, infringing, or fraudulent content.
• No spam, scraping, reverse engineering, or load testing.
• No products prohibited by Indian law (weapons, controlled substances, etc.).
• No misrepresentation of the merchant, the products, or the platform.

4. Payments

Vendora's MVP supports QR-based payments handled directly between buyer and merchant. Vendora does not currently process funds. Refunds, returns, and disputes are handled by the merchant per the store's own policy.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for risk to the platform's integrity. You can stop using Vendora at any time.

6. Disclaimer & liability

Vendora is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vendora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
