Vendora is a hosted storefront platform — the merchant operating each store is the seller of record. Refunds, returns, and exchanges for an order are handled by the merchant who fulfilled it, under their own published policy.
For buyers
- Use the order link or visit /orders to look up your purchase.
- Contact the merchant directly using the contact details listed on their storefront.
- If the merchant is unresponsive within 7 days, write to support@vendora.in and we'll help mediate.
For merchants
- Publish your refund / return policy on your storefront and email confirmations.
- Confirm or cancel pending orders in the dashboard within 48 hours.
- Process refunds out-of-band on the same payment rail used by the buyer.
Platform fees
Subscription fees paid to Vendora are non-refundable for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you keep access for the remainder of the period.
